Cancellation Policy
This policy is to ensure that our stylists and artists can accommodate all of our clients.
We require that all cancellations be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This allows us to fill the appointment slot with another client who may be waiting for an opening. To cancel or reschedule simply call the front desk, if you can not reach us email one of our owners. egioacchini@iniziodc.com or jayson.bonetti@gmail.com you can go also go online and cancel your appointment.
To cancel via online simply open your appointment confirmation or appointment reminder email and follow the links provided. For those clients who simple do do not show up for their appointment, will be charged 100% of your booked services. This policy is in place to compensate our stylists and artists for their time and effort in preparing for your appointment and not being able to refill your reserved spot.
PLEASE NOTE:
Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.
